Cancellation policies

 I understand that sometimes life happens and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.

For cancellations made within 24  hours of your appointment, a 50% charge of the service cost will be applied. This allows me to make the most of my time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Policy


Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your full service. If you are 15  minutes late or more, I may need to adjust your appointment based on the remaining time and will only be able to perform what’s possible within your scheduled slot.

If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps me stay on time for all guests and deliver the best service possible

Curly cuts

 

​Please arrive with clean detangled hair worn down  in  it's natural state no ponytails buns or braids. Your hair should have a minimal to no product allowing me to assess and cut it in its natural state. This is crucial for achieving a balanced, accurate curly cut, arriving with hair that isn't properly prepared may lead to uneven results or rescheduling of the service.

Color services 

please avoid coming in with  heavy oils, gels, hair masks, or anything thick that could interfere with the color process. If excessive buildup requires your hair to be washed before we begin, your service may need to be rescheduled or an additional fee will be added.
